Saguache Creek Ranch is a quality commercial cow/calf operation headquartered on Saguache Creek located at the northern end of the San Luis Valley. Working corrals with modern hydraulic equipment allow for sorting and working over 1,000 head at a time. Improvements include an updated owner's home, near new foreman's home, recently remodeled caretaker's house, heated shop, equipment storage buildings, barns and adequate calving facilities. Saguache Creek Ranch has a year-round elk population complete with land owner permits, along with deer, antelope, water fowl, and other wildlife. |
