Dugger, Canaday, Grafe, Inc. is a San Antonio based professional counseling and real estate appraisal firm providing objective unbiased advice to clients requiring responsible assistance in valuing, buying, selling, leasing, financing or developing real estate and equipment. The six areas of emphasis include the following property types: commercial, industrial, residential, farm and ranch, and special use properties.

Since 1974, the firm of Dugger, Canaday, Grafe, Inc. has provided consultation to a wide variety of clients. The firm operates exclusively on a consultant basis. The firm's trade area is wide ranging including a ten state area with special emphasis on Texas and Mexico.

The staff includes personnel with construction, appraisal, management, brokerage, development, financial and economic backgrounds. Certain staff members are bilingual in Spanish and have graduate degrees from major universities. Continuing education is required of all personnel; several staff members are active valuation lecturers and teachers. The principals of the firm are Certified Appraisers by the State of Texas.
