An Analogy
Now pretend there are three main roots underneath the screen giving life and sustenance to the tree. These three roots each have their own name; faith, family and community. These are our values, our creed, the plumb line by which we measure all of our success and business systems. With these foundational roots we have been fortunate enough to grow a company that is not only strong, but also stands the adversities of life. As storms have recently blown through the economy, we have continued to be very successful in what we do and we are still experiencing continuous growth by keeping first things first in serving our customers, our agents and our third party service providers.
The Story
Legacy was originally founded in 2005 by real estate top producer and ranch enthusiast Eric Williams. Eric is a native Texan, born and raised in Central Texas where he grew up hunting and fishing along the banks of the Middle Bosque.
It was Eric’s dream to improve his client’s quality of life by assisting them in the process of owning an investment that would be financially profitable, facilitate their relationship with family and friends and ultimately improve their quality of life. This dream was then accomplished by the creation of a network of highly trained professionals that worked together to service the needs of landowners in Texas. The idea was, “to sell more land, in less time and have fun doing it.” And so Legacy Approved Properties began as a technologically advanced real estate brokerage firm that specialized in land and ranch properties by putting the state of the art Legacy Approved business system to work simplifying and improving the lives of all that we touched. At the beginning, the land and ranch market was behind the times in technology, business systems and good old fashioned customer service and we took the market by storm as we capitalized on the basics of good business practices and customer service.
We proudly continue the dream by assisting friends in the building of personal Legacies that are profitable, improve quality of life and founded on a rock solid foundation of faith, family and community.
