Lands of America data lists $1 billion in land and ranches for sale in Alabama. This represents a combined 228,165 acres of Alabama land for sale. The most expensive land listed for sale on Lands of America recently was $38 million, although the median price for land, ranches and rural property in Alabama was $233,225. The average price of land listed for sale in Alabama was $439,913. There was 3,687 acres of sold land in Alabama recorded in April 2018 through the Lands of America sales program. The total value of this sold land and rural real estate was $10.6 million.
