Internal data from Lands of America records about $4 billion in farms, ranches and other land for sale in the Cotton State. This comprises almost 604,000 acres of land for sale in Alabama. Of Alabama's 67 counties, Baldwin County had the most land and farms for sale. There were 11,736 acres of sold land in Alabama recorded last month through the Lands of America sales program. This reflects a seven percent increase in sales activity over the month before, with a combined land value of $24 million for all property and land sold in the state. Crenshaw County saw the most land sales recently in the state.
