This a diverse piece of ground surrounded by big farm country. There are approximately 26 acres of successional fields consisting of prime farmland soils, full of deer sign and ready to be left alone as deer habitat, reclaimed for agricultural purposes or transformed into an attractive food plot layout. There are also about 16 acres of hardwoods consisting of hickory, oak, maple and cherries that could also be left as is or crafted into a habitat plan to increase attractiveness for drawing in area wildlife. Many apple trees are scattered throughout this piece as an added bonus. The small pond and scattered watering holes are being used heavily as a water source for deer, you can tell by the sheer amount of tracks at their edges.
