This represents a 91 percent drop from April in the amount of land and property in Utah for sale. Of the 29 counties in the state, Iron County had the most land and acreage for sale. There were 207 acres of sold land in Utah recorded last month through the Lands of America sales program. This reflects a drop in sales activity over data from the month before. The most land sales in the state last month were located in Duchesne and Iron County. In terms of its size, Utah is the country's 13th-largest state, covering an area of 84,904 square miles (54 million acres). Wildlife species to be found on land for sale in Utah include elk, mule deer, whitetail deer, moose, turkey, ducks, bear, geese, and pheasant. Fishermen can enjoy casting for trout.
