This represents a 348 percent increase from last month in the total number of Kentucky land and property for sale. Of the 120 counties in the state, Pulaski County had the most land and rural real estate for sale. There were 1,054 acres of sold land in Kentucky recorded in April 2019 through the Lands of America sales program. This reflects a drop in sales activity over data from the previous month. The most land sales in the state last month were located in Adair County. In terms of its size, Kentucky is the country's 37th-largest state, covering an area of 40,411 square miles (26 million acres). Wildlife species to be found on land for sale in Kentucky include whitetail deer, turkey, dove, quail, ducks, and pheasant. Fishermen can enjoy casting for catfish and bass.
